Terms and Conditions of Phoenix Fellowship
Target Audience
No prior knowledge is required to participate in our activities. The minimum age for participation is eighteen years. Most activities are conducted in groups of up to fifteen people. Meetings are usually held in easily understandable English. If needed, we are happy to assist with translation. If necessary, we are happy to help you translate.
Introductory Meetings in Various Cities
You can explore the philosophy of the esoteric school, Phoenix Fellowship, in various cities. The program consists of receiving esoteric knowledge and engaging in practical exercises. Learning through personal experience is central to our approach. The program is designed to support personal, human, and spiritual development. There is space for specific questions from participants.
The price for an introductory meeting is €20 (students €10).
Weekly Meetings in Various Cities
After attending one or more introductory meetings, you may choose to participate in weekly meetings. A variety of topics are covered, offering activities that support your journey of discovery. You will then become an aspirant member.
The cost of attending these weekly meetings is €100 per month (students €50). The aspirant membership can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
Meetings at Our Study Centre in Wapenveld
Meetings at the study centre are by invitation or for members of the Phoenix Fellowship.
After the ‘aspirant membership’ phase, and typically after a year, ‘full membership’ follows upon mutual agreement. ‘Full membership’ can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
Additional Activities
Various other activities are regularly organised to introduce you to our school’s offerings. These include Tarot readings or lectures on specific topics. Registration for an Activity
You can register for an activity via this website. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email along with further details about the activity.
Registration in advance is required for all activities except for Tarot readings. To receive a Tarot reading, you may visit during the designated hours and pay on-site via a QR code.
Payment Terms
When registering for an activity via the website, payment is completed digitally at the time of registration. If you are attending an activity as a guest of another participant or if you are visiting for a Tarot reading, you can pay via a QR code before the activity starts.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your registration by sending a request via the contact form or by emailing info[@]phoenixfellowship[.]nl. Cancellations made up to two weeks before the activity are free of charge, and the full registration fee will be refunded to your bank account within two weeks.
For cancellations made within two weeks before the start of the activity, no refunds will be issued. However, after consultation, it might be possible to participate in an activity at a later date.
