Privacy Statement Phoenix Fellowship
Phoenix Fellowship aims to facilitate an inner and spiritual path of development in a way that aligns with contemporary times and contributes positively to the world. The organisational structure is a ‘Church denomination’; an independent entity representing a community, a ‘fellowship’, that explores esoteric knowledge and the essence of world religions, amongst other things.
Phoenix Fellowship is responsible for processing personal data as outlined in this privacy statement.
Personal Data We Process
Phoenix Fellowship processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. These are the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Data regarding your browsing behaviour on phoenixdynamics.nl, limited to generic Google Analytics data.
Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process
Our activities are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 18 unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify a visitor’s age. Therefore, we recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data collection without parental consent.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Phoenix Fellowship processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- To contact you by phone or email if necessary to provide our services.
- To administrate your registration for an activity.

Phoenix Fellowship does not make decisions based on automated processing that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention (e.g., a Phoenix Fellowship staff member).
Phoenix Fellowship uses the following computer programs and systems: iCloud, Microsoft Excel, and Laposte. These are used to manage activity administration to provide the best possible service to (future) participants.
Retention Period for Personal Data
Phoenix Fellowship does not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. We apply the following retention periods for different categories of personal data:
- Newsletter/requests to receive updates on activities:

Reason for retention: To send emails or newsletters - Registrations for activities:
Data stored: Email address, first and last name, telephone number, activities participated in and their location >

Phoenix Fellowship only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfil our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
